Word for word the same as the Netflix adaptation。 I have always found Lee’s character incredibly controlling and annoying and somehow he was worse in print。 I was hoping for a different ending between Noah and Elle in print， but was disappointed。

I actually saw the movie before reading the book， which I don't normally do。 I was worried reading the book wouldn't be worth it because I had already seen the movie， but there were actually a lot of scenes that weren't in the movie， so I was never "bored" of reading the same story again。 I liked this book because I do think it was a good ending to Elle， Lee， and Noah's stories。 I actually saw the movie before reading the book， which I don't normally do。 I was worried reading the book wouldn't be worth it because I had already seen the movie， but there were actually a lot of scenes that weren't in the movie， so I was never "bored" of reading the same story again。 I liked this book because I do think it was a good ending to Elle， Lee， and Noah's stories。 。。。more

I’m so disappointed by how this book went truthfully。 I completely fell in love with the kissing booth series back when I started reading the books in summer。 They were so exciting and just reminded me of love again but this one was such a let down。If you have read this book or even watched the film you’ll know exactly why I say this。We all dream of our perfect ending for the characters we love so much but this just wasn’t it。It was good but the others are so much better and so much more excitin I’m so disappointed by how this book went truthfully。 I completely fell in love with the kissing booth series back when I started reading the books in summer。 They were so exciting and just reminded me of love again but this one was such a let down。If you have read this book or even watched the film you’ll know exactly why I say this。We all dream of our perfect ending for the characters we love so much but this just wasn’t it。It was good but the others are so much better and so much more exciting。Read it to complete the series but don’t be surprised to being let down。 。。。more

The Kissing Booth has a special place in my heart， I first read it as a teen on wattpad and was so excited when it got published and turned into a movie。 My relationship with the books and movies have been different though because they have been quite different and the books in my opinion are infinitely better。 I’m saying that it’s unfortunate that this was ultimately a novelisation of the third movie。 While I think Reekles improved upon the movie （I really did not like or need the second and th The Kissing Booth has a special place in my heart， I first read it as a teen on wattpad and was so excited when it got published and turned into a movie。 My relationship with the books and movies have been different though because they have been quite different and the books in my opinion are infinitely better。 I’m saying that it’s unfortunate that this was ultimately a novelisation of the third movie。 While I think Reekles improved upon the movie （I really did not like or need the second and third movies， the first is not great but fun when I want something silly and lighthearted） it just felt kind of juvenile and the characters felt like the movies versions not the books ones that I enjoyed so much。 I’m not disappointed I red this or that it exists but honestly I’m unlikely to ever reread anything other than the first book and maybe The Beach House novella as everything else doesn’t have the same nostalgia for me and kind of pales in comparison。 。。。more

No soporto el personaje de Rachel！ Siempre metiéndose donde nadie la llama。 Este libro debió quedarse en uno solo。 Las siguientes partes fueron de mal a peor y Elle uff pobre chica de verdad que lo único que necesitaba para que su vida mejorará era alejarse de esos hermanos tan pero tan tóxicos！ Pero ella se aferró hasta el final del libro a un tipo que sinceramente no la merecía。 Lo dire siempre #teamLevi ！！！

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 I was so excited to get my hands on this book， especially since I had enjoyed the rest of the series！ One of the things I loved most about this book is that it really gave insight into Elle as a person and how she felt in debt to both Noah and Lee。 I was also a fan of how the story incorporated very common and real concerns of people the same age as Elle like choosing college and balancing working at the same time。 One thing I did notice was the growth in Reekles writing from the first Kissing B I was so excited to get my hands on this book， especially since I had enjoyed the rest of the series！ One of the things I loved most about this book is that it really gave insight into Elle as a person and how she felt in debt to both Noah and Lee。 I was also a fan of how the story incorporated very common and real concerns of people the same age as Elle like choosing college and balancing working at the same time。 One thing I did notice was the growth in Reekles writing from the first Kissing Booth book， and its incredibly amazing the journey the Kissing Booth has been on since first being published on Wattpad。Majority of the content of the book is the same as that of the movie， but again the book does provide a lot more detail than the film and it extremely well written。 I of course feel the need to discuss the ending of the book as it had sparked much controversy- spoilers ahead， so continue only if you’ve read this book！ I loved how there was no definite ending to the story and that its not confirmed on whether Noah and Elle are together。 It is extremely cliche for a happily ever after in romance， and I love how the ending has been left open to interpretation。However I do strongly recommend this book， especially if you are a fan of the movies as it allows you to see the plot and characters in a whole new light。 If you’ve never heard of the Kissing Booth before， you are missing out and should get your hands on a copy of the first book！ 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 this series means so much to me。 as cringy as the movies are， the books are so much better。 you really get a look into elles head as she figures out her future / thoughts。 it honestly inspires me how motivated she was to put everyone in front of her own needs。 she really spend a whole summer doing the bucket list with lee， making time for her boyfriend， babysitting her brothers + picking up groceries， and trying to find time for OTHER friends all while working doubles a majority of the time to p this series means so much to me。 as cringy as the movies are， the books are so much better。 you really get a look into elles head as she figures out her future / thoughts。 it honestly inspires me how motivated she was to put everyone in front of her own needs。 she really spend a whole summer doing the bucket list with lee， making time for her boyfriend， babysitting her brothers + picking up groceries， and trying to find time for OTHER friends all while working doubles a majority of the time to pay for all this and college。 She picked her colleges based off the two people in her life and it took one of them ending the relationship with her for her to really sit back and realize that wasn’t what she wanted。 Anyone can say she was a cry baby and or brat during the film but they didn’t understand she really was losing herself。 Thank God it ended better than the movie。 Although we didn’t get a clear answer to if her and Noah would end up together but we can kind of put two and two together and see that considering they still had feelings and ends on a date。。。 I’m making myself feel better by saying YES they end up together after all that。 。。。more

3 stars for the last book in The Kissing Booth series！ After seeing the movie I was dreading this book， because I thought the movie wasn’t too good。 But the book was better！ Still not great， but enjoyable and I just love Beth’s writing style so much。
